Lemon Shortbread Biscuits

檸檬奶油餅乾

這是一個附近高爾夫球場做的 一本紀念食譜裡的一個簡單又好吃的 餅乾。

因為很簡單所以就被我挑出來試試,果真很不錯。超適合配咖啡配茶都很棒!

所以就收入為雅典那的廚房寶典了

 

250g butter  奶油

1 Cup of sifted icing sugar 糖霜

Finely grated rind of one lemon 碎檸檬皮 

2 Cups of sifted flour 過篩的麵粉

 

Beat the butter and lomen rind until lovely and creamy.

Beat in icing sugar.

Carefully and slowly beat in the flour.

Roll lightly into balls, a good teaspoon full of the mixture for each one, and place on ungreased oven tray.

Flatten slightly with a fork dipped in flour to prevent sticking.

Bake at 160 C for 20 mins. until slightly coloured.

Can be iced together with lemon flavoured icing or iced on top.

 

作法:

打檸檬皮和奶油到柔順的淺黃色,再加入糖霜一起打勻

再慢慢的小心的加入麵粉打勻

挖約湯匙大小的球形,放到烤盤上排好,再用叉子在上面壓扁

用160度烤約20分鐘,或到稍微上色即可
