材料;
A--
1 Cup self-raising flour (or 1 cup flour and 2tsp baking powder) 1 杯自發麵粉(或低筋麵粉加 2 茶匙泡達粉)
2 Tablsp Cocoa powder 2 大匙可可粉(烘培用無糖的)
B--
1 Cup sugar 1 杯白糖
125 g butter (or butter+ oil )1/3 cup 125g 奶油 (或奶油+沙拉油)1/3 杯
1 tsp Vanilla essence 1 茶匙 香草精
2 eggs 2 個蛋
1/3 cup milk (or water) 1/3 杯 牛奶(或水)
1/3 chocolate chips 1/3 杯 巧克力碎粒
1. Sift the flour,baking powter (if using ) and cocoa powter into abowl. ---A
2.Cream butter andsugar in a bowl. Beat in egg one by one and vanilla and milk mix togeter.---B
3.Add sifted dry ingaredients into the creamed mixture, mixing just to combine. A to B
4.Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins.
5.Bake at 175 C for 12~15 minutes.
Makes 12
做法:
1.將所有乾料 A過篩
2.將奶有或油和糖打勻再將蛋一個一個加入繼續打成淡黃色,再加入香草精和牛奶打勻--B
3.將篩過的乾料A加入B,拌勻即可(切勿過度攪拌)
4.用湯匙將材料分別放入瑪芬烤盤中,在上面灑上巧克力碎粒
5.以180度C 烤約12~15分鐘
