麻油雞
材料:
雞腿 5 隻 +2塊雞腿肉 或3大隻雞腿 (切塊)
薑 一塊 切薄片
純麻油
米酒一瓶
做法:

將切好的薑片,放入空鍋中先偏一下之後加入麻油

將切好的雞肉入鍋全面煎過,然後加入米酒大火煮滾後轉小火煮十分鐘即可

洗淨備好
- 切好適合的大小
- 薑 切薄片先用乾鍋煸

在下麻油入鍋爆香後加入雞肉 ,全面煎香後加入米酒約2/3~1瓶,大火煮10~15分鐘 後轉小火煮一會兒即可食用

Sesame oil chicken

Material:
5 chicken legs + 2 pieces of chicken leg meat or 3 large chicken legs (cut into pieces)
A piece of ginger, thinly sliced
pure sesame oil
A bottle of rice wine
practice:
1. Put the sliced ginger into an empty pot and then add sesame oil.
2. Put the cut chicken into the pan and fry it all over, then add the rice wine and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for ten minutes.
